As Chapter 13 Trustee for the Middle District of Florida, I serve many people facing critical decisions that can affect their family, business and their own personal well being. As an independent organization serving the Federal Bankruptcy Court System, our office acts as a facilitator for both the debtor and creditor, as well as a contact point for the attorneys of both parties. We will always strive to provide the court with correct information, and attempt to remain neutral in issues between the debtor and the creditor.
